CBSE CTET 2018: Now B.ED degree holder can apply for primary teacher, please apply soon

New Delhi: CBSE CTET 2018: A CEA degree can also be applied for a B.Ed degree test for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). CBSE has said that BEd pass candidates can also apply for primary level (class 1 to 5). Interested candidates will have to go to CBSE CET's official website ctet.nic.in to apply. The process of recruitment started on August 1. Candidates can apply online till August 27.

Let us know that earlier CBSE did not even place BEd degree holders for primary level (class 1 to 5). The CBSE changed the notification three times and in the last, the BEd was excluded from the eligibility. But again CBSE has given the BEd the ability to take the primary level examination.

The CTET examination will be conducted in 92 cities across the country. Candidates can take the examination in one of the 20 languages. Objective type questions will be asked in the CTET exam. There will be 2 papers in the examination. The first paper will be for those who apply for class 1 to 5 and those who apply for the second paper class 6 to 8.
